Pricing - How much does it cost to register a trademark in Australia?
Trademarks Online charges a one-off fee for applying to register a trademark in Australia.
An application for one trademark in one class*: $640 plus GST.
Additional classes in the same application: $400 plus GST (optional).
*A class refers to the product category your goods or services fall in. For example, “clothing” is in class 25, while “catering” falls in class 43.
No registration fees.
Unlike other providers, you won't have to pay additional registration or "success" fees.
